As Australia’s largest carpet and flooring retailer, Carpet Court has a network of 200+ stores across every state and territory. Carpet Court’s eCommerce website has been a gateway for customers to view and research products. Moreover, it covers extensive functionalities including an online quote request system, virtual reality Style Visualiser and product selector. In order to practice their motto – Dream it, Style it, Live it, these technologies enable customers at all stages of their flooring journey, from design and inspiration through to interacting with their local store and even some online shopping.

Since becoming Carpet Court’s eCommerce partner, Playtime has successfully upgraded their site from Magento Enterprise 2.2.3 to 2.2.7 on Commerce Cloud despite a high degree of customisation and a large number of extensions. As a result, it was done with great care to ensure no business disruption.

In addition to the platform upgrade, Playtime has been working closely with Carpet Court to optimise their Dotmailer and Google Analytics tracking. Apart from that, Playtime has been involved with new product launches by providing strong technical support.

To ensure client success, Playtime has been providing timely support with 24 hours of response time and ongoing recommendations relating to the continuous improvement cycle while remaining focused on their business goals and ROI.
