The problem it solves

Valuable evidence is usually scattered, collected inconsistently, and quickly goes out of date. The individual events that happen every week never get gathered anywhere useful.

How it works

Someone reports an incident in about two minutes, by voice, on the web, or via an operator logging a call. Each report is automatically classified by type, location and kind, and the system continuously builds the bigger picture. Every quarter it prepares a briefing of aggregate figures and de-identified examples, ready for meetings, media or campaigns.
