Playtime was engaged to build a custom integration solution between Carpet Court and the Qantas Points rewards program. The project required more than a standard implementation due to Carpet Court's need for a complex rewards structure. Our goal was to create a seamless system to enhance customer incentives and drive sales through multiple reward tiers.
