The problem it solves

Big websites are hard to navigate. Visitors often can't tell which service or product they need, so they give up, call during business hours, or fill in a form and wait. It's especially slow for anyone using a screen reader.

How it works

A button on every page opens a chat window. The visitor types or talks, the assistant asks a follow-up question or two, then answers in plain terms. It only answers from approved, verified content, so it never makes things up, and when it doesn't know, it says so and hands it over to a person.
