The problem it solves

Long forms with lots of mandatory fields kill completion rates, especially when there's no explanation of why the details are needed. Every submission then has to be read, classified and forwarded by hand.

How it works

Instead of a form, the request becomes a conversation, typed or spoken. It asks one thing at a time and explains each request ("I need your postcode so I can send this to the nearest office"). It can pause and resume. At the end it reads back a summary, then files the request straight into the CRM, already classified and prioritised. The old form stays as a fallback for anyone who prefers it.
